Eduardo Sánchez is a seasoned financial manager with a strong background in portfolio analytics, investment strategy, and management. Before co-founding East Putnam Holdings, Eduardo spent over a decade at Bridgewater Associates where he specialized in optimizing alpha strategies, improving portfolio construction logic, and implementing risk allocation systems. Eduardo played a crucial role in launching multi-billion-dollar investment funds and strategies.
Before joining Bridgewater, Eduardo worked as a management consultant, advising companies across various industries on financial strategy and business growth. His early career includes roles in engineering, industrial operations, and management, demonstrating his ability to integrate analytical thinking with practical execution.
Eduardo holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.
